| College Highlights - Graduated from Russell Sage College in 1959
with a B.S. in nursing.
Marriage and Family Highlights - Bernie and I were married in 1960 while he was still in law school. We were blessed with four children: Haley Jo. Mark, Ric and Jill and are the grandparents of Nicole, Megan, Jessica, Jake and Jaimie. We're so very proud of them all!. Career Highlights - Worked in a number of areas, but mostly in ob/gyn until retirement two years ago. I particularly enjoyed teaching childbirth classes to new moms and dads. A friend (and one of my former students) and I started a childbirth teaching business together. Travel/Vacation Highlights - When the children were young, we vacationed at Cape Cod when we weren't attending one of the zillion little league games. Our youngest daughter, Jill, was the first girl to advance through little league to Babe Ruth league in our area. In later years we traveled to England, Italy, France, Mexico, Hawaii and Tahiti. We've also had some great family vacations including some of the grandchildren in California, Las Vegas, Arizona, Grand Canyon and Yosemite. Two of the children live on the west coast. Hobbies/Sports - My hobbies include knitting, oil painting, garden club, flower arranging (even won a few ribbons), and love to play golf. I also was a founding member of the Bethlehem Music Association and have assisted the musical director of a school/town Bicentennial show. That was really fun. Anything else that you may want to say - I feel like I'm writing a resume or something like "This is Your Life!" I wish you all good health and happiness, sorry to miss this reunion, and Bobby -way to go! You did a great job! Kudos to you too, Bill. The website is great! |
