| School/College Highlights - I graduated from St. Luke's Hospital
School of Nursing, New York City, in 1958.
Marriage and Family Highlights - I have been married to Paul Streichert. It was 43 years on August 24, 2000. We have seven children, ages 28 to 41 years. All are married; the last one on August 19, 2000. We have nine grandchildren, with the tenth due in December. Homemaker and/or Career Highlights - I worked at Nyack Hospital since 1958. I retired on December 31, 1999. I worked in obstetrics all those years and now "miss" delivering babies, but will enjoy the grandchildren and not having to get up at 5:30 AM. Travel/Vacation Highlights - Summers are spent at our Beach Haven summer home on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I love relaxing and reading "on the beach". I enjoy visiting our children in Seattle, Boston, and different areas in New York State. Civic/Church/Political Activities - I attend Grace Episcopal Church in Nyack where I see Betsy Metler Growney, Gloria Capowski Hill, and Roberta Frae Mathsen. Achievements/Awards/Outstanding Events - I had a wonderful retirement party on September 20th. I was so pleased to be with my co-workers and all the people that attended who had retired before me or who had worked with me and moved to other jobs over the years. I felt very honored by the whole event. Anything at all that you may want to say - I hope all my classmates have good health and happiness as I have had.
