| School/College Highlights - AIB degree, American Institute of
Banking; worked for the Nyack Bank and Trust after graduation for four years.
Marriage and Family Highlights - I have been married to George P. Morgan, a Spring Valley High School graduate, Class of 1951, for 43 years. We have three grown children - Maureen, 40, Greg, 39, and Robert, 35. We have seven grandchildren - R.J., 19; Geoff, 12; Ian, 10; Joey, 6; Casie and Ryan, twins, 4; and Alice, 2 ½. George is a retired transportation supervisor for the Croton Harmon School District. Homemaker and/or Career Highlights - I was a personal banker for 5 years at M&T Bank and an installment loan supervisor for 14 years with Nanuet National Bank. I retired from M&T Bank in July 1999 after 24 years of bank service. Now I do part-time clerical work for the East Ramapo School District, in between babysitting, homemaking, and running to Florida. Travel/Vacation Highlights - Most vacations are spent in Daytona Beach with Dad. We enjoyed a family vacation in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Two cruises to Bermuda and a trip to Hawaii for our daughter's wedding. Hobbies/Sports - I am an avid reader. And I still love my sports. I am a big Giants and Jets fan. We go to Spring Valley High football and basketball games as all of my children and husband graduated from there. My youngest son, Rob, was the point guard for Spring Valley when they won the New York State basketball championship in 1983. Civic/Church/Political Activities - I have been a member of St. Joseph's Church for 43 years. Achievements/Awards/Outstanding Events - Lifetime Member Spring Valley PTA. Watching my 7 grandchildren with all of their activities! My oldest grandson is in the Navy on the USS Mahan which he brought into port at Rhode Island for his helmsman's rating. Anything at all that you may want to say - It will be great to see our classmates once again. We had a great time at the last reunion. I don't have a computer so I'm pleased to renew contact with classmates. |
