Phyllis Stemmerman, 73 June 30, 2010 Phyllis (nee Oettinger) Stemmerman, 73, of Woodcliff Lake, died on June 30. Born in Nyack, she had resided in Montvale prior to moving to Woodcliff Lake. She also lived in Valley Cottage and Nanuet, N.Y. She graduated from Nyack High School. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Vinciguerra of Upper Saddle River, Donna Hook of Fair Lawn, Lori Risman of Rye, N.H. and Carol Daley of Montgomery, N.Y.; and her eight grandchildren. |
